Topics have been tailored according to the briefing of the unit. These include: enablers of high performance, embracing adversity, emotional intelligence, habit formation and self-regulation, concentration, awareness and decision-making under fatigue, sleep, systems and implicit bias, teams v teaming, values in action, leadership v likership.
